The Latin American Studies Association (LASA) has a Peru section, which has already pulled together a lot of interesting material.
LASA has a collection of papers presented at its conferences. Unfortunately, its seems hard to track down country-specific papers so I am listing the Peruvian ones here. The 1997 ones are freely available. For more recently papers, you must be a LASA member. You will also need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
